The guys that work at Top Drawer on Denman are rude and snotty and couldn’t care less if you shop there. The clothes are terrible too. It makes it worse that they are all snotty little bitches who completely ignore you when you go in.

Being an employee of Topdrawers i’d like to say that you are probably a bitter person looking for attention, cause not only are we all friendly people but we have some of the most exclusive product in this side of the continent. We try to have a relaxed enviroment here in Topdrawers, making it a no pressure place to browse and ask questions if needed. I’ll i’d like to say is that we at Topdrawers are sad you had a bad experiance here in the store. In terms of us “being snotty little bitches that igoned you”… ever think that you might have come across in the same manner?
i dare ya to try us again, bet your experiance will be a whole lot different!!

Hi,
I am the original Top Drawer ranter and I have to say, I tried you again and sure enough, you were just the same. Would it kill you to say hello when people walk in the store? Everyone who works there cannot even bother to look up from the desk or computer.
I work in customer service and the first thing you do when someone walks into your establishment is acknowledge them. At least look in the general direction of the door when you can clearly tell there is someone approaching the store. I fully realize now the level of service the management expects is really low. Exclusive clothing? OMG, you have to be kidding!!!!! I can never find anything in that store i want to buy, but i can sure find lots elsewhere.
Look, I admit, like many over stressed, underslept, city dwellers, I can be bitter on occasion, but not while shopping! Trust me! But even if I was bitter the many times I have walked into the store, good customer service means that you should have cared I was in your establishment, (even if I had a scowel on my face) and made me feel welcome in your store. You posting previously that I probably looked bitter way says one thing: you think people who look bitter don’t deserve customer service. It also says you are judging your customers just as we suspect you are. This last time around I was nice to you and you werent nice back so you dont need to worry or be paranoid every time someone walks through the door, it will never be me because I have no reason to ever go back.

yes ,its really the woman at the state of mind is crazy,i stood from outside looking at the window’s display and she swep outside and ask me “what are you looking at?”oh mine
I felt inclined to actually see how bad the service was compared to some of the comments made.It wasn’t as horrible as described and i was acknowledged and asked if i needed help with anything by the staff. Maybe I got lucky or what not, I’ll be back to check on this.

i’ve shopped at Top Drawer for eight years and yes, the staff are bitchy to breeders. But their clothes are great, so I put up with it.
Well well well. I have to say I am quite surprised that all you gentlemen don’t get good service at top drawer. I love shopping there I find all the sales staff very helpfull. Maybe the problem isn’t them, maybe its you. If you enter a store with a poor attitude expecting bad service, then you will most likely recieve that. so yah. thats pretty much all i have to say. Get over it. Mo’s are bitchy, as i am one and i am the exact same. later
