In the event of a Skytrain computer glitch, or winter weather, all Skytrain cars should be operated manually. And not have angry users thinking twice about going green waiting in the cold for 5 hours.

i just moved to regina from van…and trust me - it is not cold in Van. i walk in this city…in -34 weather…!!!
