This is to all the people that find it perfectly fine to clip their nails in public. Nobody wants to look at you trim your nails at 7 AM especially when they are sitting across from you on the Skytrain.
It’s fine and dandy that you enjoy properly manicured nails, but it is not fine to do it in public and let your nail trimming fall on the ground in front of me.
How about trying what the polite general public does and trim your nails at home!

OMG! I am so happy someone else has posted this. Clipping your nails in public is disgusting. It is a task for your BATHROOM not the bus or skytrain. As for the multi-task person: what’s next? you are going to trim your bush on the bus to save a few minutes in the morning? I know we are all busy but save the private home stuff for home. Life is already getting gross enough with people horking on the street and yakking their mouths on transit. We don’t NEED PEOPLE DOING BATHROOM THINGS OB BOARD AND IN PUBLIC! Where did you learn this was ok?

It is ok! just cause something may offend you doesn’t make it wrong. Your face offends me so you should never go out in public. Outside the train is ok. Inside the train is different because someone has to clean that up.

craZy675 is right, it’s not necessarily wrong, this is a so-called “free” country after all, and public nail clipping isn’t illegal… so i guess if you really want to come across as being THAT rude and disgusting, go for it! but i wouldn’t be caught dead clipping my nails in my own living room, let alone next to a stranger on the bus. N-A-S-T-Y is all i have to say!
