Fuck you we need more police that can get away with more. Have you seen all the scum in Vancouver that needs to be locked up. Asshole

I found your comments so ill advised and lacking in knowledge that I couldn’t listen to your entire rant. First of all how dare you take the actions of a few and paint the entire Vancouver PD with that brush? Secondly, the ‘average joe’ has zero knowledge or understanding of the various use of force techniques police have at their disposal and your suggestion that average joes be plucked from the street to investigate alleged police wrongdoing is totally asinine. Thirdly and finally, I would love to hear your opinion after you experience a home invasion to your residence and a gun shoved in your face by a teenager high on crack. I’m sure you would be just as corcerned about his rights then.
Police constantly put their lives in danger and deal with truly disgusting situations so that the rest of us can feel safe in our neighbourhoods. I am sick and tired of hearing people like yourself jump all over them when they make a mistake. In case you’ve forgotten, police are human beings too not just mindless law enforcers with weapons.

Have to admit almost everyone I know who has been arested by city cops has had the crap beat out of them…dunno if they deserved it never talked to the arresting officers…
Honest officers I support the Police Museum!Check it out kiddies -
Look at officer Rosato’s case. You want to see abused officers who have protected the livess of others for 17 years. see how we are the steping stones for the DA’ office. think the streets are bad, when we become a contract for the advancement of a cartian DA’S advance ment then it reaches all new hights.

Last year after the fireworks I personally watched two officers on motorcycles corner a guy on the street with their bikes and taunt him to the manner of “What you going to do now?” Come on, even if he’s being rude - you’re supposed to serve and protect, not taunt and provoke - show some professionalism and restraint!
I have had a pleasure of interacting with some police officers in California and IMHO *they* are more pleasant to deal with than Vancouver RCMP. -
If you knuckleheads listened you’d hear that he in fact did praise good cops and smited the bad ones. A lot of people feel a serious wave of discomfort or unrest when getting a speeding ticket or when talking to the police because their so scared, and you know it, and it shouldn’t be that way. And he is right about of a lot of things. Especially criminal records, they are a bunch of bullshit. Now I don’t believe a person should get charged with rape, or murder or something and then never have a record of it. But people don’t need to have every petty little thing they’ve done held against them. What a lot of people don’t know or realize until it’s too late is how a criminal record can just come up and bite you in the ass. Especially if you want a career to move to another country. The jobs look at your criminal record for some stupid shit you did as a teenager, and now you can’t get your job. If you got family in Canada, US, whatever, wanna move there, guess what? Good luck passing emmigration, espcially Canada’s (no offense to Canada). Because of some moron in a blue suit trying to fill in his quota some 10-20 years ago, you aint going nowhere. The other day around where I live a kid brought a plastic pellet gun to school, which shoots plastic pellets. These are called airsoft guns. Their manufactured with the intention of specifically being non-lethal so you can go to fields and shoot eachother with them. Now I think what this kid did was stupid, and he has no business bringing airsoft guns to school, it does not warrant what he got in return for it. He was chased down by the police and tazered with those rotten electric guns of theirs, and got brought up on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. And the news makes it look like these brave policemen did a wonderful thing stopping this horrible kid. Now, I don’t think that bringing an air gun to school is something this kid should have done or gotten away with, but theres no reason for him to be chased down by the police and shot with a god damn electric gun. Theres no reason why they couldn’t have just asked the school who the student was and the next day show up at his parent’s door like they should have. No reason to go around zapping kids with some 50,000 volt Tazer. Now mind you because of some stupid mistake this kid made, years on down the road he could be bent over royal all because of these dumb criminal records. I wonder how many of you were out there drinking under-age, I wonder how many of you were out there on Mischief night, all laughing and calling this guy’s rant stupid and calling him asshole. Trust me, if you didn’t get away with it, you wouldn’t be laughing.

And finally, I would love to hear your opinion after you experience a home invasion by the police to your residence at about 5:00am in the morning and having guns and flashlights shoved in your face while in bed by a group of police searching for an Uncle of yours who decided to spend a few weeks over your house. Tearing up your entire home searching for his drugs, ruining your front door, and generaly scaring the shit out of everyone. All because he sold some pot to undercover cop. On the early morning of your birthday, even?

Don’t these guys get any hand-to-hand training?… why do they ‘fear’ for their lives so easily?… why don’t we hire braver cops? Have they killed anyone that was armed with a gun lately? (Sticks that the police say looked like a gun don’t count).
They don’t risk their lives as much as a cab driver.

I do not want to look down at police, but what their action can only be described as “Bullshit”!
First, the police in Vancouver, mostly I seen are as fat as a pig. Second, the reason the person want to use stun gun comes from three options:
1. Over-protected behavior.
2. Weak physical ability.
3. They have no guts at all to apprehend the real crime. The three options are the common problems that police has. The problem of being over-protected is that police are just like us, are raised in the nice home and family, so when we meet the danger situation, we will definitely be fucked up and we can’t calm down, so we can’t be sure with our safety at all. Make it simple, we are not like the plants in the wilderness, those can still stand even the storm rages. Then it’s physical ability they lack. Hey! Just because the police is so tall and large doesn’t mean they’re tough, lack of proper physical training is also a problem. Just training in the weight room and jogging oftenly won’t really help. I seen Muay Thai fighters and Karate masters running like crazy outside and pushing themselves to sweat even more in practice is what I call training. From what I see, they are more buffed up then those policemen. Lastly, DUDE WTF!!! I seen many police, both rookies and long-time staff, they only dare to catch those minor crimes both caused by incidents and accidents, and those innocents who do not commit crimes at all. They’re too afraid of catching and fighting against those badass in Vancouver lower mainland who’s been picking on gunfights, making others’ life being fucked up, and stealing turf from each others. But I understand, these police is no help when it comes to this kind of serious matter.
